A “Smart” charging system delivers reliable power while its ergonomic grip and balanced design provide optimal user control and comfort. Other features include a hook for a shoulder strap, built-in hose and coupler holder, and compact carrying case.

The 1162’s internal design has been reengineered to run more quietly and perform even better than ever.

Operating on shop air ranging from 40 to 150 psi, the 1162 supplies high flow rates at low and medium pressures for quick filling or high pressures for tight joints, clogged fittings and track adjustments.

12-Volt Model 1242
The standard 12-volt PowerLuber grease gun is powerful, generating up to 6000 psi of operating pressure. The battery recharges in only one hour and lasts long enough to dispense as much as 3 tubes of grease. It's perfect for hard to reach fittings. It relieves worker fatigue and speeds up routine lubrication tasks. Load the PowerLuber with a filler pump, by suction or use a grease cartridge.

The PowerLuber 1242 comes complete with a heavy-duty carrying case, battery charger, and rechargeable battery. The case provides space to store two 14-ounce grease cartridges. Models are available with chargers designed for use in many international electrical outlets and 12-volt chargers are available for vehicle use.

The PowerLuber is truly the most effective cordless grease gun on the market today.

Gun Model 1244 includes an additional battery for increased productivity. Gun Models 1242E and 1244E are available with 220-volt chargers. Grease cartridges sold separately.

Grease Guns Upgraded

The PowerLuber now features a pressure relief valve that allow grease to escape when a blocked fitting is encountered. This alerts the operator that the fitting is not accepting grease, and also prevents the PowerLuber from accidental overload.
