ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced its new 87000 Series Hose Reels, the 87700 low-pressure, the 87300 medium-pressure, and the 87500 high-pressure bare reels. These three hose reels were designed for use by new car/truck dealers, fleet maintenance and municipal garages, oil change facilities, light-duty lube trucks and industry. Complete reel assemblies with hose, meter, control valve or air coupler also are available.
With low-, medium- and high-pressure models available, the 87000 Series Hose Reels can dispense air, water, oil and grease. The reels' extra-wide hose guide eliminates flex, and the 180-degree, opposed-ratchet design provides greater hose length adjustments. In addition, the 87000 Series reels offer a seven-position roller outlet arm with four-way roller assembly.
Featuring a heavy-gauge steel base and support, the 87000 Series Hose Reels provide maximum strength, and the slotted mounting base accepts both 6M/6H and HD 82206 mounting patters for easy installation. Bronze axle bushings eliminate wear at the hub and axle, and the brass hub prevents binding and leakage. The reels' baked-on powder coat finish provides corrosion resistance, and the low-pressure model offers a stainless steel axle for air and water applications.
