If your PowerLuber fails to operate as expected, please do not return it to the point of purchase. Instead, follow the below steps:

Step 1: consult the Owner's Manual
Please be sure to read and understand the operating instructions fully. Pay special attention to any detailed instructions on the product labeling.

Follow the step-by-step troubleshooting instructions. PLEASE NOTE: batteries must be charged for at least 12 hours prior to initial use. (Regarding grease guns: air pockets in the lubricant cartridge can cause the PowerLuber to lose prime. Follow the detailed instructions on the gun itself.

Step 2: contact the appropriate service center from the below list
Additional troubleshooting will be offered by experienced technicians.
Return instructions and authorization will be faxed or emailed to you.

Step 3: The product return
The complete return, including all components, must be shipped freight pre-paid. collect shipments will not be accepted!

Please include dated proof-of-purchase. Please Note: The PowerLuber is warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase. Please contact Lincoln Customer Service for a copy of the Warranty Statement.

Finally, please also include the return authorization provided by the Service Center, and the product will be repaired or replaced that the service center's discretion.
