Lincoln has introduced its Mityvac MVA6832 Clamp-on Auto-refill Kit. Developed for use by auto service professionals, the unit automatically maintains the level of new brake fluid in the master cylinder during vacuum bleeding of brake and hydraulic clutch systems. Featuring a large, 40-ounce (1.2-liter) reservoir, the MVA6832 holds enough fluid for multiple brake jobs. Its adjustable fluid level control reduces waste, and its on/off fluid control valve eliminates the risk of spills. The MVA6832's universal design fits virtually all types of master cylinders, and its stable base clamps on securely for ease of use.

Developed to survive the harsh conditions in today’s maintenance environments, the pump operates with non-corrosive fluids such as motor oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, engine coolant and more. The close-tolerance pump features a telescoping pick-up tube for 16- to 55-gallon drums with standard two-inch bung openings, and a bung opening tool is built into the pump head. The 1335’s internal check valve ensures a constant prime, and its full stroke provides 8.5 fluid ounces. The 1335 has brass rings that will never shrink or harden over time, and its multi-position handle allows the pump to be set for high- or low-viscosity fluids to ease pumping effort or maximize output. Its special front-access design simplifies filling and results in less spillage.

Lincoln has introduced its Model 3614 Pressurized Used Oil Drain for vehicle fluid handling applications. Developed for use by automotive and fleet maintenance professionals, its heavy-gauge steel construction provides durability and ease of use. The 3614 features an extra-large, 18-inch offset bowl that lets the technician catch fluid without repositioning the tank. The unit’s telescopic bowl adjustment range of 44 to 72 inches provides flexibility for varying vehicle requirements and its unique valve setup allows evacuation with the bowl set at any height. The 3614’s low-profile design is extremely stable and easy to maneuver. Its large, 20-gallon capacity averages 15-20 vehicles before tank evacuation, and the unit’s fixed air regulator allows use of standard shop air. A protected sight gauge makes fluid level monitoring easy and a pop-off valve provides added safety. In addition, the 3614 features a reinforced discharge hose and a hose hanger built into the bowl.

Lincoln has introduced its new Dual Arm Heavy Duty Hose Reel Series. Developed for demanding environments, the product is ideal for use in vehicle maintenance garages, on lube trucks for both on- and off-road applications, and in industrial settings. The reels feature a hose guide supported by two arms to withstand frequent hose extension and retraction, and its dual needle bearings provide consistent and smooth operation. The dual arm reel’s double base was designed to endure extreme vibration. The delivery and connection hose features quick disconnects to make installation simple. Reel assemblies are available in hose lengths up to 60 feet and are factory pressure tested to ensure leak-free installation.

Managers of vehicle service centers can now turn to our new thermal pressure relief device to protect against possible damage to their closed pipe systems caused by thermal expansion. For example, as oil warms, it expands and causes pressure—sometimes oil that was 300 psi becomes 2,000 to 3,000 psi. Such pressure spikes can cause costly damage if they exceed the design capacity of pipes and system components. Our pressure relief valve returns fluid/material back to the tank, limiting the pressure to protect the system.
